Detailed description of the integration process
1. Reconciliation of requirements and conditions
The partner needs to have a Profession advertisement package. The partner may reconcile the conditions of the advertisement package with the dedicated sales colleague prior to establishing the connection.
The partner manages its advertisements and applicants in its own ATS system. The availability and use of an own applicant management system is necessary to prepare the integration.
2. Preparation of integration
Processing of expectations concerning vacancy and applicant data from the formal and contextual perspective. Prior to preparing the development, the structure of the advertisements (order of textboxes, keywords, etc.) and their appearance (custom design/partner logo) are reconciled and the supply of all required data for the appropriate job advertisement by the partner is verified. In addition to this, we reconcile the data forwarded in the course of automatic applicant transfer, and legal consultation on the partner's Privacy Policy with the involvement of the Partner’s and Profession’s GDPR experts/lawyers.

3. Implementation and support
The preparation of the necessary developments for communication between the systems by Profession.hu and the client, based on reconciliations and technical documentation. The partner prepares the XML feed – the data file from which the advertisements can be extracted – based on the developer’s specifications, and the completed feed structure shall be checked based on the posted test advertisements. After this, the part of the integration at Profession.hu’s end is built. Parallel to this, the Partner's ATS service provider will carry out the necessary developments for automatic applicant transfer, based on the technical documentation. The site developers of Profession will make the necessary settings to establish the data connection.

4. Test phase
Testing of bilateral data synchronisation, troubleshooting occasional problems. When the development is ready, a visualisation of the automatically posted test job advertisements will be sent to the partner for checking and before going live with the connection, the partner will have the opportunity to amend of fine tune the appearance/settings. The settings concerning automatic applicant transfer are checked by the team of testers of Profession with the involvement of the Partner, to check whether the integration is working properly.
5. Live integration
Due to the communication between the active systems, the advertisement and applicant data are automatically synchronised. In the days after going live, the appropriate functioning of the process will also be checked. For already active connections, the partner may turn to the dedicated contact person who also assisted the establishment of the connection.
