Management of GDPR and Privacy Policy

The ATS.direct application page differs from a standard Profession application page in that our Partner's Privacy Policy, only valid in the context of the job application, is also displayed. The Policy must be in force in the advertisement, and may only concern data processing concerning the job applications. The applicants thereby have the possibility to get to know the circumstances of data processing and accept the contents of the Privacy Policy in the course of application.

Sample:

“I have read and accept the <COMPANY NAME> <NAME OF PRIVACY POLICY FOR APPLICATIONS LINKED> and willingly consent to the processing of my personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, exclusively concerning the present job application. I acknowledge that my personal data shall be deleted after <TIME> from assuming/applying for the position of <NAME OF POSITION APPLIED>, unless I have declared or should declare otherwise at <career page LINKED> of <COMPANY NAME>.”
